The service

StreamEmote is an OBS plugin and web app that estimates heart rate, breathing rate and HRV from your webcam and shows them on your stream and dashboard. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Not a medical device

StreamEmote is for entertainment and wellbeing, not a medical device. The values are estimates that can be wrong, for example in poor light or when you move. Don't use them to make health decisions. If you feel unwell, stop and seek medical help.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Only sign in from OBS on computers you control, and never approve a sign-in request someone else sends you.

Plans, minutes and payment

• Each plan includes a number of minutes of analysis per credit month, as shown on the pricing page. 1 credit = 1 minute of analysis. Unused credits don't roll over.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Prices can change; we'll tell you before a change applies to you.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the minutes it added are removed.

Acceptable use

Don't try to get around metering or plan limits, access other people's data, overload or attack the service, or use StreamEmote to measure someone without their consent. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data and content

Your data stays yours. You let us process it to run the service as described in the privacy policy. Recaps you share are visible to anyone with the link until you stop sharing them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep StreamEmote running, but it may be unavailable at times, and features can change. If we make important changes to these terms, we'll tell you in advance.

Liability

StreamEmote is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made from the values it shows.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
